使用步驟如下：
1. 將TAPE WINDOWS (組織貼片帶) 貼在蠟塊表面
2. 用鋒利的切片刀切出適當(dāng)厚度的frozen section
3. 將整片粘有組織的 TAPE WINDOWS (組織貼片) 移到Adhensive coated slides
4. 利用hand roller 將組織貼片更加平貼在slides上
5. 將slides 移到Flash-Pad (UV 燈箱)中照射數(shù)秒
6. UV會(huì)將slides上的coating轉(zhuǎn)換成可固定住組織的solvent-resistant plastic
7. 移除(組織貼片帶)
8. 可以繼續(xù)后續(xù)的fixation & staing步驟
